Andre Hernandez – Director
Andre Hernandez is an IT Consultant currently living in California. He began writing stories at a young age, inspired by Sonic the Hedgehog comics and Forgotten Realms books. Many of these early works were based in space and science fiction with a touch of fantasy. He went on to write a few fanfiction stories which eventually lead to the creation of The Eighth Day’s universe and story. When not working, Andre can most often be found playing computer games or painting his Warhammer 40k models.
Michael T. Coombs – Creative Director
Michael Coombs is an aspiring writer and game designer based in California. He is an avid fan of Science Fiction and Fantasy media of all kinds: from The Lord of the Rings to Star Trek, and from Warhammer 40k to Game of Thrones. In addition to working on The 8th Day as Creative Director, he is currently in the process of completing his first novel and a myriad of short stories. When not at his desk working he can often be found at a coffee shop, a steaming mug before him, nose buried in a good book.
Michael Macauley – Lead Programmer
Michael Macauley is a software engineer living in Michigan. In the fall of 2013, he received a Bachelor’s in Computer information systems from DeVry University. He has worked for a large technology company as a .NET engineer, building in-house web applications. Some technologies he works with are C# (3 to 6), .NET (3.5 to Core), MS Visual Studio 2015, and Unity3D 5. When not at work, Michael enjoys playing games, learning new technologies, working on smaller side projects, and managing his small home server.

Julie Shah is a 3D Props/ Environment Modeler and texture artist based in California. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Animation at Cal State University, Northridge. She has worked with several independent clients as a freelance 3D artist for both architecture and character work. Her goal is to be able to create 3d assets for worlds in video games and animated films. Her strengths include 3D modelling, texturing, uv mapping and retopologizing while working in Maya, 3ds max, Photoshop, Substance Painter and Zbrush. When she’s not working her favorite pastime is reading, crocheting and watching movies.
